Frequently asked questions

When are you open?

Tuesday to Saturday, seven in the morning to three in the afternoon. Sunday, eight to noon. We are closed on Mondays.

Do you bake without gluten or nuts?

We bake two gluten-free loaves on Thursdays and Saturdays. Everything is made in a kitchen that uses wheat, nuts, eggs and milk, so we cannot promise that anything is free of traces.

How do I order a cake?

Send us the date, the number of guests and the flavour through the contact page, or call the shop. We answer within one working day with a price.

Do you deliver?

Yes, inside Port Ellery, Tuesday to Saturday before half past eight in the morning. See the pricing page for the cost.

Can I get my money back?

Yes. Tell us the same day and we replace it or refund it. A cake order cancelled more than seven days ahead gets its deposit back in full.

Do you take card payments?

Cards and contactless in the shop; a payment link for cake and catering orders.
